I’m Karen Chamberlain, proud Director of KC Learning & Development, with over 2 decades of leadership development experience.

My skills, value & experience over the last 13 years of leading my business is built on a strong foundation gained in senior leadership development roles within larger corporate organisations.

My `why’ is helping people bring out the best in themselves, and others. This can take place through one-to-one coaching, bespoke design and training delivery of leadership development programmes, and facilitating team development events.

I build strong and longstanding business partnerships with my clients throughout the whole process; from the initial consultation, through to the bespoke design, delivery and evaluation. They value my personalised, professional, customer focused & friendly approach.

90% of my work is derived from repeat client work and referrals, and from those who have worked with me previously. I am  a firm believer of `people buy people’.

My Services:

• One-to-one Coaching; from leadership & personal development to business and performance improvement.
• Leadership and Personal Development Workshops – facilitated face to face and online; designing and delivering tailored sessions, including performance management, leadership skills, coaching, influencing, customer service & resolution, time management, confidence building, and `time to think’.
• Team Development and Strategy Days; creating and facilitating bespoke events tailored to the clients objectives, allowing the manager to immerse themselves with their team.
