I proudly founded my successful business KC Learning & Development in 2011.

With over 20 years industry experience in a variety of leadership, training, coaching and facilitator roles, I help leaders & their teams be the best version of themselves, to recognise and fulfil their potential, and work with their strengths.  

I am passionate about customer service, and have a natural ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with people at all levels. I explore the needs and priorities of the business to ensure the best approach is taken, and will provide ideas to achieve the end goal, and challenge peoples thinking.

Investing in my ongoing development is important, for my personal growth and to enable me to best support my clients. Most recently I qualified as a Clarity 4D Practitioner and  an accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner.

This supports my earlier career development as a NLP Practitioner, a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, alongside an extensive self-development journey including Trainer, Facilitation, Coaching, Leadership and Career Counselling Skills.

Based in Bedfordshire, I live with my husband and our twin teenage girls, with our golden retriever and 2 cats 🙂

I often work from home, designing and delivering sessions virtually, and love to be out delivering sessions `in person’ as well.

I recently started invigilating at my daughters secondary school, which has been interesting – I have loved the quiet moments and the precious headspace! Previous to that I volunteered as a reader and then a parent governor at their primary school. During the pandemic I volunteered at our local Covid vaccination centre, welcoming the elderly through the doors as the vaccine became available. This enabled me to continue helping others, and it was mutually beneficial having connection in person, albeit at a careful distance.  

My other passion is running, and I am super proud to be a `marathon runner’ after completing the London Marathon in October 2021. Having trained to run this initially for April 2020, this was a test of my resilience and adaptability, and I
maintain that mindset & self-belief (fueled on this occasion by my daughters belief in me!) is a very powerful thing!
