In addition to the services mentioned, I also support clients leadership, team & personal development strategies by joining their team for a period of time to support a particular project or fulfil their development priorities when they require additional resource.

In 2019 and in 2021/22 I  joined Usborne Books at Home for a year, for 1-2 days a week as part of their senior leadership & business development team, to help shape business & leadership development strategy and facilitate their learning interventions. This was fulfilled whilst supporting my other clients with their requirements.
